Juwon Osundina a Solicitor admitted in England and Wales, is the founder of 71 Harlowe, which was set up to provide expert governance advisory services. Juwon has a strong background and expertise in corporate law and corporate governance matters. Juwon has worked and advised within FTSE listed, highly regulated entities, large private and quasi-public sector organisations, offering sound advice and commercial solutions within set legal, governance and risk frameworks. Juwon’s experience also includes delivering on large cross-jurisdiction corporate transactions, providing strategic oversight on a range of projects, including the digitisation of a global energy company’s corporate legal data, and delivering client service in fast paced environments. Juwon has a keen interest in digitisation and the use of technology to support the delivery of client service.
